We love this full zip jersey because it’s one of our favourite classic designs, made from the wool of our very own merino sheep that graze on our farm just outside the town of Loeriesfontein in the Namaqualand region. This is what we call a lifetime foundation piece—something that will stay in your wardrobe for years and never go out of style.
Embroidered with our signature quiver tree logo on the left chest, the jersey features a full-length zip from the collar down, allowing you to wear it relaxed and open or zipped up for added warmth. With a medium body length and full-length sleeves, the jersey’s hem reaches hip height, offering both comfort and versatility.
It is machine-knitted from 100% merino wool yarn and made in our very own factory in Paarl, South Africa.

Important wash care:
Merino wool is an incredible yarn but requires careful attention—please be sure to follow all care instructions. We do not accept returns on wool garments after washing.
Wash and Care Instructions:
Merino is a lightweight, soft, insulating, and luxurious fibre. It’s also naturally odour-resistant—simply air out your garment to freshen it, and only wash when necessary. For dirty spots, spot-clean where needed.
To wash your merino item yourself, follow these steps:
- Use tepid water with a mild detergent specifically made for wool.
- Gently hand agitate to loosen dirt—do not overwork the fibres.
- Rinse in clean, cool water, then lay flat on a towel to dry, reshaping the garment as it dries.
Storage tip:
Avoid hanging knitted merino garments—fold and store them on a shelf with lavender, or place them in an airtight container.
Delivery and Returns:
- Delivery is to your door or workplace during business hours.
- Orders are processed in 3-7 days, with an additional 1-3 days for delivery (contact us for urgent deliveries).
- Full refunds are available in the form of a Gerber and Co voucher for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged garments returned within 30 days of delivery.
- International orders are shipped worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Please note, no returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders. Import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the destination, and these charges are beyond our control.
